Individualized Supported Living (ISL)

Individualized Supported Living (ISL)

Our ISL services are tailored to each individual's needs — including assistance with daily activities, personal care, meal preparation, cooking, home management, and social skills. MMSL operates 50+ residential homes across Mid-Missouri, with a maximum of 2 residents per home, ensuring genuine 1:1 or 1:2 support relationships.

Day Program

Day Program

MMSL operates 7–8 community day program sites across Mid-Missouri. Our day programs are dynamic, fully integrated community resources where individuals build real-world skills, develop authentic peer relationships, and pursue personal goals.

ABA Therapy

ABA Therapy

MMSL now offers ABA therapy services led by a growing team of 3 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our ABA program addresses the full spectrum of behavioral goals — from building positive communication strategies to reducing anxiety-driven behaviors.

Community Networking (CN)

Community Networking (CN)

Our CN program helps individuals access and engage in community activities that foster meaningful relationships with non-paid community members — from leisure and recreation to volunteering, cultural events, and wellness activities.

Individualized Skills Development

Individualized Skills Development

MMSL's Skills Development services help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence through goal-based, individualized plans — focused on life skills, community participation, and personal growth.

In-Home Respite

In-Home Respite

In-Home Respite provides relief for families and caretakers by ensuring the individual they support is safely supervised by our trained staff — in the home or community, including recreational and educational activities.

Support Broker (SB)

Support Broker (SB)

A Support Broker provides the individual or their designated representative with information and assistance to secure the supports and services identified in the Individual Service Plan (ISP) — helping them fulfill employer responsibilities in the Self-Directed Supports (SDS) program.

Out of Home Respite

Out of Home Respite

Out of Home Respite is short-term care provided outside the home by qualified personnel in a licensed, accredited, or certified waiver residential facility — offering planned relief for primary caregivers when temporary outside placement is needed.
