Our ISL services are tailored to each individual's needs — including assistance with daily activities, personal care, meal preparation, cooking, home management, and social skills. MMSL operates 50+ residential homes across Mid-Missouri, with a maximum of 2 residents per home, ensuring genuine 1:1 or 1:2 support relationships.
MMSL operates 7–8 community day program sites across Mid-Missouri. Our day programs are dynamic, fully integrated community resources where individuals build real-world skills, develop authentic peer relationships, and pursue personal goals.
MMSL now offers ABA therapy services led by a growing team of 3 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our ABA program addresses the full spectrum of behavioral goals — from building positive communication strategies to reducing anxiety-driven behaviors.
Our CN program helps individuals access and engage in community activities that foster meaningful relationships with non-paid community members — from leisure and recreation to volunteering, cultural events, and wellness activities.
MMSL's Skills Development services help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence through goal-based, individualized plans — focused on life skills, community participation, and personal growth.
In-Home Respite provides relief for families and caretakers by ensuring the individual they support is safely supervised by our trained staff — in the home or community, including recreational and educational activities.
A Support Broker provides the individual or their designated representative with information and assistance to secure the supports and services identified in the Individual Service Plan (ISP) — helping them fulfill employer responsibilities in the Self-Directed Supports (SDS) program.
Out of Home Respite is short-term care provided outside the home by qualified personnel in a licensed, accredited, or certified waiver residential facility — offering planned relief for primary caregivers when temporary outside placement is needed.
In addition to our core waiver programs, MMSL provides a broad range of day-to-day supports woven into ISL, Day Program, Community Networking, and Skills Development services — all tailored to each individual's plan.
