Individualized Supported Living (ISL) — Mid-Missouri Supported Living

Individualized Supported Living (ISL)

Our ISL services are tailored to each individual's needs — including assistance with daily activities, personal care, meal preparation, cooking, home management, and social skills. MMSL operates 50+ residential homes across Mid-Missouri, with a maximum of 2 residents per home, ensuring genuine 1:1 or 1:2 support relationships.

Mid-Missouri Supported Living operates more than 50 residential homes across the Mid-Missouri region — each one a real home in a real neighborhood. With a maximum of 2 residents per home, MMSL ensures every individual receives genuine 1:1 or 1:2 support rather than group-facility care. There are no institutional signs, no locked wings, no large congregate settings. Just houses.

Each MMSL home has its own vehicle, so residents can get to work, appointments, community activities, and outings without dependence on public transportation. Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work alongside residents throughout the day, providing support that fits each person's schedule, goals, and preferences — from a few hours of assistance per week to full 24-hour coverage.

MMSL's ISL program is one of the largest in Mid-Missouri, serving individuals in Boone County and surrounding communities. We are an approved provider under Missouri's Division of Developmental Disabilities and accept individuals with an active DD Waiver.
